Just fill out our request form with your information before you place your order. This is also a great way for Katmasters' Members to get there Forum Member Name added to any of the items in the "KM Member Gear" section.

After you submit your request, we will start working on your design. In 24 hours or less you will receive a email from us stating that your items are finished and ready to be purchased. The special link to your items will not be displayed anywhere on our site and your personalized items will not be displayed for other customers to purchase.
