Sept. 6-7 Fishing trip
Reel Tight
Well we decided that all the rain recently here was either going to turn the fish on or they would stay just as slow as it has been. Well after the last of the rain/wind passed we headed out for a night trip. A friend of Rylands named eddie decided he would bring his boat and try his luck also, well first problem came really quick after launching Rylands boat we noticed a small oil slick behind his boat and after some investigation we found his lower unit was leaking oil enough to make. . .

- CPR - Catch Photo Release
Catfish play a important role in their underwater environment. There are some areas that routinely harvest trophy catfish. Sometimes these fish are harvested for food, but more often, they are just carried around on a stringer to show off. Katmasters asks that you practice CPR on big catfish. Catch - Photo - Release. It is fine to keep a few of the smaller catfish to eat, but please release the bigger ones. Lets all help preserve catfishing for future generations.
